Return policy

We have a 60 day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lumbinijewelry.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:
45/1 Silom 19 Building, 1st Floor, Room 114 Soi Silom 19, Silom Road, Bangkok, TH-10, 10500, Thailand.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Thailand, it may take longer for your goods to be shipped than expected.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as than beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Trades

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3-day reflection period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within three days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
